Promea’s concept design studies resulted in a variety solutions for the new DECT baby monitors. One of which, the parabolic design with its double curved surfaces was especially suitable for the ones with only voice and no display. The two tone design appeals to both desire for softness as well simplicity of form. The interface based on voice, led indicators and pushbuttons are designed to create the most important emotion for its users: a maximum sense of confidence. The confidence to be absolutely sure the baby is alright. The confidence to rely on the technology of the two global leaders in the field of baby care; Philips and Avent. (see also SCD530/00)
