The Leader is the allround workhorse by Ligtvoet designed to replace the succesfull model LMD. That means, with prices under pressure it needed good indoor and outdoor handling capabilities and a sheer endless list of manual and electric adjustments and configurations. In close collaboration with their internal engineering staff we designed and engineered the self-supporting aluminium side rests (the base for the arm and leg rests) the aluminium foot plates and a number of vacuum formed covers and casted soft polyurethane grips and shields. The Leader was designed with the carefully built up know how in the many years of working with users and care staff. Therefore the number of configurations and adjustments is sheer endless. All of this made the Leader a very valuable new member of the Ligtvoet family.
