ASL Intercom, a producer of stage and theatre intercom systems, needed an invention with a strong identity for their analog product line. With a small budget, Promea created a number of injection moulded covers reducing the cost of metal stamping. These covers can be applied in combination with sheet metal to build a large product range, from desktop stations to 19-inch rackmounts. With a production life span of over two decades, the Proline proved to be a long term success. The following collaboration developed into the longest running partnership in the history of Promea. Today ASL Intercom is part of the German Riedel Group.
